Dear Elsie & Julie My wife and I wanted to take the opportunity to personally thank you two wonderful ladies for all of the hard work that you did for us over the past year. As you know in the spring of 2008 we met with you to discuss our dreams of purchasing a home in the Spring Hill area. We told you what we wanted and the budget we had to work with. You showed us many houses on line and in person. You even recommended several loan officers to speak with. However by the end of the summer we had been discouraged because the financing was not going well for us and many of the homes we viewed were great, but they just did not feel right. So in the fall you suggested that we not give up but that we should take a break for a few months. Than in February of 2009 we received a call from you letting us know that you had a “hot lead” on a “short sale” house getting ready to hit the market. So we drove down from Virginia, saw the house and instantly knew that it was the one for us. Thanks to your unyielding persistence, after hour’s phone calls, e-mails and true commitment to us as clients we closed the deal to our new dream home on April 29, 2009. I think the thing that we appreciated the most however was that you made us feel as though we were your only clients. My husband and I planned to retire in Dec 2006 and came down to Spring Hill in Feb of that year to check out the area to see if this is where we'd want to spend our golden years. We met Julie at an open house. In the year that it took for us to sell up north and relocate here, Julie was always very attentive, but never aggressive. She was readily available when we'd call with questions. The emails were frequent, and she'd call us about once a month to see how we were doing. She was very understanding, the market being what it was, that we could not buy until we sold. She'd even offer suggestions to make our house more sellable. Finally, with a buyer under contract, we came down and Julie gave us her full time. Because of her "homework" done to review these houses, we were able to find our dream house.
