If you have seen the movie Edward Scissorshands, you have seen Lutz. This small city of 18,000 people sits north of Tampa by about 15 miles. If you are looking at a city that has charm, you only have to see the movie to see the better parts of the place. Actually, the whole place is kind of nice, as long as you don’t mind the guy with the weird hair and pale skin. Just don’t offer to shake hands with him.
