A forty five minute drive south east of Tampa is the small town of Balm. This rural community is the location of multiple farms and fish farms, as well as one of the holding areas for the Barnum and Bailey Circus animals. While there is on going construction of new homes, there is a lot of room here and a smart ape will take a swing down to check out the investment opportunities.
